Return Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility:
- Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition
- Items must be returned in their original protective packaging
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
- Items marked "Final Sale," "Summer Sales," "Made to Order," or "Special Order" cannot be returned
Return Fees:
- Standard items: $10 restocking fee
- Oversized items (mirrors, pendant lights, furniture): $50 restocking fee
- Fee is per return, not per item—return multiple pieces together to save

Your mirror is professionally packed to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of shipping damage:
- Take photos and notify us within 48 hours
- Keep all packaging materials
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for damaged items
