Shipping policy
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! Here's what you can expect:
1. In-Stock Items:
Most in-stock items ship from our warehouse within 7-9 business days. Check the specific product page for the most accurate shipping estimate. Sometimes, items in the same order might arrive in separate packages and on different days.
2. Oversized Items (Furniture, etc.):
Larger items like furniture are shipped via freight carriers. This means longer processing and delivery times. The estimated processing time (before the item leaves our warehouse) is shown on each product page.
3. Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items aren't in our warehouse yet. The estimated arrival dates are subject to change. Some pre-orders may also have additional processing time once they arrive in stock before they can ship.
4. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.
