Refund policy
1. Eligibility:
- Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Items must be returned in their original, protective packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale", "Summer Sales", "Made to Order" or "Special Order" are not eligible for return.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
2. Return Fees:
- A $10 restocking fee applies to most returns.
- A $50 restocking fee applies if your return includes any oversized items (e.g., pendant light, furniture, mirrors).
- Restocking fees are charged per return, not per item. (For example, returning multiple small items together incurs only one $10 fee. Adding a single oversized item changes the fee to $50.)
3. How to Initiate a Return:
- Email photos of the item(s) and their condition to welcome@arterahome.com
- Our Customer Service team will review your request.
If approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
